Integrity. How do we define it in the work for diversity and inclusion in tech. With a the new emerging sector of XR, we are given an opportunity to rewrite the norms of contribution. Beginning with the end goal of D&I in mind,  what is the collective vision and how does it guide the daily work being done to counteract inheriting a homogeneous tech culture often felt to be inaccessible to a broader diversity pool of talent. In this panel, 4 leaders are determined to shake the industry out of its complacency to grow and integrate different voices and perspectives into the foundations of the emerging XR environment. They will discuss their approaches to creating an inclusive culture, with their thoughts on accountability, distribution of opportunities, networking, fundraising, and mentorship as part of a strong diverse social XR community that can bring this vision to life.
