Cleveland Brown is the Co-founder and CEO of Payscout,
a full-service global payment processing provider covering six continents. Prior to founding the company, he began his career on the financial side of payments and technology where he started one of the first eCommerce platforms to be fully integrated into
K-12 public education systems, including the Los Angeles Unified School District. After working abroad and consulting at the government level in the financial tech space, Cleveland developed the expertise to enable successful global transaction processing,
which led to Payscout Inc.

Under his leadership, Payscout has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America for the fourth consecutive year, and recently transformed the payments industry with the launch of the world’s first live frictionless payments technology for Virtual Reality. Outside of Payscout, Cleveland is the vice-chair of the Electronic Transactions Association, serving on the Risk, Fraud, and Security and ISO Practices Committees. He also serves on the board of the CROP foundation. As an Executive Producer at Film Antics, Cleveland has multiple short films and a feature film in his portfolio. In 2016, Film Antics and Payscout collaborated to create a VR commerce solution that enables the purchasing of an embedded products within a VR short film. Cleveland received his bachelor degree in philosophy and business from UCLA.
