Jeffrey Jacobson, Ph.D.  is a consultant on AR and VR in several industries, especially education, construction, architecture, medicine, and transportation. He is a founding co-organizer of BostonVR meetup group (the world’s 5th largest) a key part of Boston’s AR & VR tech sector.

Dr. Jacobson has mastered each wave of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology for 25 years. He was one of the first researchers to use game technology for virtual and augmented reality, conduct empirical studies of learning in VR, and use Augmented Reality in museums and educational theater.
