Matthew Simari is a Product Manager on the Camera team at Facebook, where he leads the development of AR experiences designed to track and understand the real world. Matthew is focused on mobile AR and driving new use cases through the Facebook family of apps (Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger,) as well as Facebook’s Camera Effects Platform.
Prior to Facebook, Matthew was the Program Manager for 3D reconstruction for Microsoft HoloLens. At Microsoft, he also led the face scanning product for Kinect on Xbox One.
