Rick Reuter is a Continuous Improvement Manager for the agricultural equipment company AGCO. He has over 15 years of experience in consumer products and manufacturing industry. As a manager of the ‘AGCO Production System’, Mr. Reuter leads the organization through cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost. Currently, he is the project manager leading a high energy team focused on the implementation of wearable technology solutions on the manufacturing plant floor.
